I’m Joe

A little bit about me

I’m fascinated with people, always have been and always will be. From a very early age I keenly observed people, I was curious about what motivated them, what made them successful and why they made certain choices. This curiosity led me to study Psychology. After graduating with my Master of Organisational Psychology I was keen to get amongst the real world.

I spent 7 years working for Gallup, a global leader in engagement and strengths based development. I became a strengths based coach, engagement expert and worked with senior leaders all over Asia.

I spent a few years working for Chandler Macleod leading the Client Services team, running culture change programs, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment for selection and development.

Most recently I was the culture lead and internal executive coach supporting people at all levels of seniority. I learned the profound impact that I can have through enhancing a single person’s experience. By coaching leaders to be more self aware, take responsibility for their own actions, look after themselves, and recognise their impact on others, the culture can transform. I do what I do to enhance a person’s experience, help them achieve success, happiness, and lead a purposeful life.

On a personal note I have four kids, enjoy practicing martial arts and yoga, am a highly experienced juggler and expert conversationalist.
